  2. On the Paypal payment page, select “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”.
  3. Select the 3rd tab “PayPal Credit Special Offer”.
  4. Fill out the form with your information.
  5. Select “Sign Up and Continue” and follow the instructions to complete payment.
