Commonwealth v. T.H.

United States marshalls were armed with an arrest warrant for T.H. and enter the house where they had information he was staying. T.H. is arrested on scene for drug possession and police recovered over thirty grams of crack cocaine, drug packaging materials and scales throughout the house. Bail was set at $500,000. A judge agreed with the defense argument that the Commonwealth failed to establish a prima facie case against T.H. on all charges and the case was dismissed.
