Commonwealth v. K.T.

Commonwealth v. K.T.

Client was the front seat passenger in a car that was pulled over by police for running a red light. Client was charged with gun possession in Philadelphia after police allegedly observed him shoving a gun, or firearm, into the glove box. Philadelphia gun attorney R. Patrick Link presented DNA evidence from a DNA expert who was hired to examine the gun. That evidence showed that while there were four sources of DNA found on the gun, the client was excluded as a potential contributor to that DNA. Client was found not guilty of any gun or firearm offenses.
