Commonwealth v. E.S
Client was charged with attempted murder for allegedly orchestrating an execution-style shooting of a man in the head that left him in a coma for four months. Three eyewitnesses allegedly identified client, who was held on $500,000 bail. R. Patrick Link and his team of investigators launched a vigorous review of the case and uncovered several witnesses and video surveillance that police detectives claimed to have “overlooked”. All charges were withdrawn by the D.A. on the day a jury trial was scheduled to commence. The two co-defendants cases continued to trial, where they were subsequently found guilty and sentenced to 30 to 60 years in jail.
