Commonwealth of PA v. B.S.
Client was arrested on multiple gun, or firearm offenses and aggravated assault in Philadelphia after two teenagers called police and stated that the client chased them down the street with a loaded shotgun, cocked it, and threatened to kill them after they were on his property. Police responded and arrested B.S. on the scene and recovered a shotgun from inside of his house. After a motion to quash, a judge dismissed the philadelphia gun charges after the defense argued that the Commonwealth failed to establish a prima facie case. The aggravated assault charge was withdrawn on the day of trial after the defense investigation cast doubt on the version of events relayed by the teenage victims.
