Commonwealth v. C.S.

C.S. was charged with F1 Rape after an old college girlfriend alleged that after a night of drinking and watching college basketball she agreed to return to his apartment. The alleged victim claimed that after following him into his bedroom he threw her down on the bed and violently raped her.The defense team mounted a vigorous investigation and found exculpatory evidence contradicting her claims including various text messages. C.S., who had a good job and no prior criminal record avoided a state prison sentence after being found not guilty of all charges at trial.
