Commonwealth v. E.U.

Client was arrested and charged with gun violations of the uniform firearms act, possessing an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person. After hearing gunshots, police observed E.U. walking quickly away from Germantown High School at 2AM. They recovered a gun and obtained a statement from E.U. where he admitted to shooting the gun into the ground because he was intoxicated. E.U. presented a license to carry a firearm and presented evidence that nobody was actually placed in danger as a result of his actions.
